Aloft Beachwood is currently seeking full- and part-time Front Desk Agents to service their Beachwood, Ohio location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests.

• Pay: Starting at $17/hour, offer dependent on experience

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available
• 1st shift: 7AM - 3PM
• 2nd shift: 3PM - 11PM
• 3rd shift:
  Night Audit, 11PM - 7AM

• Previous experience working a front desk in a hotel setting
• Must have flexible availability
• Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic

• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information
• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
• Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
• Perform regular bookkeeping duties
• Connect with housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
