  • Pay Rate: $75.00 $ 80.00 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly structured, technically curious Project Management Officer (PMO) to control governance across multiple simultaneous controllership workstream integrations (current immediate focus is the Ultra PCS acquisition). This role maintains transparency over financial deadlines, milestones, and process automation paths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and govern the PMO framework across multiple concurrent M&A integration work streams impacting Controllership.
  • Build, update, and monitor comprehensive master workplans, mapping key operational milestones and functional dependencies.
  • Track deliverables, corporate close risks, and "watch-outs" affecting normal accounting sequences.
  • Drive stakeholder accountability, ensuring action items are closed out and reported correctly.
  • Eradicate administrative drag by designing automated progress trackers and visibility dashboards through Power BI and Power Automate.
Required Skills
  • MS365 Suite (Planner, Teams, SharePoint), Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Baseline literacy in general corporate controllership functions (Close cycles, purchase price allocations, financial reporting).
  • Proactive mindset, comfortable driving delivery in volatile or ambiguous integration environments.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 5 years (7 preferred) managing complex corporate programs or PMO structures.
