In this role, you’ll work alongside senior engineers to troubleshoot a wide range of end-user environments, support business-critical systems, and gain the hands‑on technical experience that helps build a long‑term IT career.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Beachwood, OH.
- Salary starting at $50,000+, scalable based on experience

- Provide support for common business applications including Microsoft 365 (O365) through phone, email, remote, and onsite support
- Support and maintain client networks and security infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, access points, and switches
- Troubleshoot issues across a variety of on‑premises and cloud environments
- Manage and prioritize support tickets while setting clear expectations and delivering excellent customer service
- Accurately document client issues, resolutions, and follow‑up actions
- Support over 100+ SMB clients
, gaining exposure to diverse technologies and business environments
- 0–2 years of hands‑on PC support or IT support experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- General knowledge of hardware platforms, cloud services, and line‑of‑business applications
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to shift priorities quickly in a fast‑paced service environment
- Confidence delivering high‑quality customer service and communicating clearly with end users
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow tasks through to completion accurately
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and tools
- Strong mentorship from senior engineers to accelerate your technical growth
- Exposure to a wide range of technologies across multiple client environments
