Synthomer is seeking an Information Technology Solutions Center (ITSC) Specialist in Ohio. You will be the first point of contact for the PC user community, providing technical support for hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices, and ensuring incidents are analyzed, resolved, and reported under SLAs.
