Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Business and Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their growing legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial and real estate litigation matters in a collaborative, professional environment.

• Represent clients in commercial and real estate litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, lease disputes, and property matters
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Negotiate settlements and appear in court for hearings and trials
• Advise clients on legal and business-related issues
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve favorable outcomes

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Ohio Bar admission and good standing
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business and/or real estate matters
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience with breach of contract, business torts, construction, and real estate disputes
