Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Operations Management

Millennium Control Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The project manager is responsible for leading a project from inception to closure. Project Managers are responsible for ensuring successful project execution which includes planning, organizing project communication, reporting, scheduling, and budget management. A successful project is executed on time and on budget.

  Ensure project scope and deliverables are defined and documente
• dCreate and maintain project schedule with key milestones and deliverable
• sEnsure project budgets are setup properly for categories and department
• sMonitor project finances in accordance with project budge
• tFacilitate delivery of project scope with internal team
• sComplete weekly project reports that highlight strategy, status, risks, and mitigation plan
• sServe as client facing representative for each assigned projec

  Bachelors degree or equivalent of 10+ years working as project manag
• er Strong computer skills with competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and One Note, Sharepoi
• nt Demonstrated track record of leading projects from inception to completio
• n.Detail oriented, organized, highly driven, self-start
• er Ability to organize and prioritize a complex and evolving worklo
• ad Professional oral and written communication skil
