Senior Director – International Advisory Services, Affiliations

Direct IEM Advisory Service Operations’ projects, processes, and relationships
Lead complex international Cleveland Clinic Connected affiliations and non-branded advisory engagements
Establish, develop, and execute complex international projects and strategic initiatives
Oversee strategic planning, tactical deployment, project development, infrastructure development, and service integration within IEM’s Advisory Services Operations
Lead major complex projects and relationships involving cross-functional stakeholders inside and outside IEM
Facilitate client engagements, design and conduct complex analytics, solve problems, craft client deliverables, set goals and timelines, and execute implementation plans
Manage projects and relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and on budget
Manage teams of caregivers across IEM, Cleveland Clinic, and potentially external organizations
Develop IEM ASO toolkits and perspectives, including conceptual frameworks, standardized analytics, project-management processes, tools, templates, and training
Build executive and client relationships, influence decision‑making, and guide project execution
Recruit, hire, onboard, evaluate, engage, and mentor IEM ASO caregivers
Lead major internal IEM ASO projects that improve team effectiveness, people processes, engagement, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree business, Health Care Administration, or related field
• 15 years of work experience, with majority of time in healthcare management and services
• Senior-level hospital leadership experience, with history of achievement and ability to influence operational change in large organizations, including external clients
• Extensive healthcare industry/provider operations experience and technical expertise, such as project development, LEAN transformation, strategic transaction management, or service implementation
• Ability to conceptualize approaches, frame strategic plans, and execute deliverables
• Ability to lead executives/clients through complex problem‑solving processes and inspire teams of caregivers to achieve results
• Ability to structure and guide complex assessments/analytics
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives and provide critical thought partnership on intellectual, organizational, and commercial exercises
• Ability to develop and write complex presentations for any audience using multiple formats
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with senior executive presence
• Preferred:
  Master’s Degree or MBA
• Preferred:
  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Preferred: LEAN Six Sigma (LSS) certification
• Preferred:
  Prior healthcare consulting experience with major firms
• Preferred:
  Background in senior clinical operations, expert, or consultative role
• Must comply with Cleveland Clinic’s influenza prevention program, including annual vaccination or approved exemption

Demonstrates extensive healthcare management expertise, with a focus on project development, strategic planning, and operational change. Proven ability to lead complex international projects, build executive relationships, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
