- Enable supplier and partner readiness for prefabricated and modular production models.
- Support strategic collaborations that require synchronized manufacturing and deployment (e.g., integrated power and modular construction).
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operational Excellence within a global industrial organization of comparable scale and complexity.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing assembly strategies, including effective program replication, standardization, and scalable manufacturing solutions.
- Proven ability to elevate operational performance across a multibillion‑dollar global manufacturing network, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Deep expertise in modern manufacturing technologies, including advanced assembly and fabrication methods, engineering processes, materials management, inventory control, distribution/logistics, procurement, and quality systems.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Understanding of capital investments with experience in managing large projects.
- Proven track record in driving large‑scale organizational change.
- Exceptional leadership capability, with a history of building high‑performing teams, advancing organizational capability, and delivering sustained operational improvements.
