Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Beachwood, Ohio. As part of the Global Marketing & Communications team at Millennium and the Grenzebach Group, you will take ownership of marketing activities for our key business fields s role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B marketing, communication, and digital growth initiatives.
This is a key role in a globally active industrial group with a strong innovative culture. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a growing business area.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for dedicated business areas
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to B2B audiences
- Work closely with executive and sales leaders to develop, maintain, and improve marketing collateral and digital marketing communications
- Create compelling content including press releases, product texts, and digital assets
- Drive initiatives in lead generation, new business development, and marketing automation
- Collaborate closely with global marketing & communications colleagues across Europe, North America, and Asia
- Plan and manage national and international trade shows, online/offline events, and customer experiences
What we need you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or 10+ years of experience in marketing work
- 5+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing and communications
- Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, CRM marketing tools and marketing automation tool
- Strong communication skills and ability to write and edit content
- Creative mindset with strategic thinking and a hands-on attitude
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and team collaboration
- Experience with trade show planning and event management
- Experience working in an international company or global team environment
- Travel Requirements – 5 - 10% travel
