As an RN Ambulatory Team Lead in the Internal Medicine Department, you will coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, and caregiver education while providing direct patient support. • Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in various ambulatory settings.
• Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care.
• Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues.
• Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring of assigned caregivers.
• Assist in preparing department-specific education.
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement, and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience, and safety.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing;
  Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of recent RN experience.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN);
  Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross.
