About This Role

The Assistant Nurse Manager will monitor daily clinical operations of outpatient clinics and oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers. This role is ideal for a compassionate caregiver looking to join a supportive team dedicated to quality patient care.

• Facility: Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center
• Schedule: Full-time, Variable shifts

• Oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers in the clinical setting.
• Coordinate activities to ensure quality and safe patient care.
• Anticipate and resolve patient care and personnel issues.
• Ensure maintenance of annual staff competencies and continuing education.
• Perform duties of the RN (Registered Nurse) Ambulatory as needed.
• Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transition of care.
• Participate and/or coordinate committees, task forces, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in department leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of personnel, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement.

• Education: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required
• Experience: 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse required; previous supervisory experience preferred

  Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN);
  Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
