• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Experience with surgical workflow, sterile technique, and intraoperative patient care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced OR and perioperative environment
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to complete onboarding, screenings, and compliance requirements before start

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the operating room
• Assist with circulating duties throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow OR protocols and safety standards
• Monitor patients closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support efficient case flow and help ensure a positive surgical experience for patients
