Your Role

As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team, manage Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts, ensure a stellar guest experience, hold daily operations, train, motivate, celebrate associates, and drive sales results. You represent company values and bring your authentic self to work.

• You are passionate about driving sales: maximiz[e] fitting room and sales floor productivity, build guest loyalty through an in‑store guest experience, and support Leadership to achieve KPI results.
• You are a people leader: motivate and inspire the team through core values, serve as a role‑model, and hold associates accountable to service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• You recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs, and train and develop associates to deliver outstanding service and a Guest‑First culture.
• You provide teamwork: challenge associates with clear goals, give real‑time coaching, and celebrate performance to drive engagement.
• You innovate visual and operational procedures, execute shipments, merchandising moves, and visual standards, ensuring fitting rooms are ready and meet brand standards.
• You maintain integrity: uphold store safety, asset protection, policies, and procedures, and do the right thing.
