Position: Brick Specialist (Sale Associate)-Beachwood OH

Job Description

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Brick Specialist. You will provide inspirational guest experiences in a vibrant store environment, delivering exceptional service on a part‑time, seasonal basis.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a signature experience to every guest: greet, process all cash register functions, and maintain a professional, friendly and engaging demeanor (80%).
  • Maintain a clean, safe and visually stimulating store: perform daily cleaning duties, uphold store displays, and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
  • Operate the store stockroom efficiently: assist with receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, observe safety regulations, and report shortages (10%).
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Process information and merchandise through the register system.
  • Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business dictates.
  • Freely access all store areas: sales floor, stock areas, register areas and loading dock.
  • Meet physical specifications: constant movement and standing for at least two hours, ability to lift 30 lb, stoop, kneel, crouch or climb ladders as required.
  • Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.
Qualifications
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for LEGO® products and guests of all ages.
  • Experience handling cash registers or sales systems a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
