The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora fan, fully immersing in our brand, culture, and products while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role offers an exciting opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive sales. The Store Manager coaches and manages a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

• Fully immerse into the Pandora brand, culture, and products, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales, exceed individual and store sales goals, and build brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge and genuine fan engagement.
• Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team to achieve KPI goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fans, fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Manage visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
• Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
• Hire, recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams, including seasonal and core hiring across Assistant Store Manager, Sales Associate, and Sales Lead positions.

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
• Results‑oriented leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that show care and professionalism.
• Excellent business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver measurable results.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• At least 18 years of age, with the ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.

Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. May require standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and timely arrival.

• Base salary: $55,000 – $69,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
