• Recruiting, training, and developing the management team and staff on brand, products, and service.
• Overseeing all aspects of the retail business, including budgeting, sales targets, customer experience, staff experience, and operational excellence.
• Building and communicating brand values, advocating for anti-animal testing, vegetarianism, handmade, and naked packaging initiatives.
• Driving sales by analyzing metrics, developing and executing business plans aligned with corporate strategy, and improving key performance indicators.
• Creating and maintaining development plans for staff, encouraging learning, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of growth.
• Maintaining a diverse, inclusive environment by prioritizing DEIB training, equity, and belonging initiatives.
• Managing performance, building action plans for engagement, and balancing data with empathy.
• Recruiting with equal employment opportunity practices, ensuring transparency and equity in interviews and promotions.
• Ensuring shop compliance, staff training, and adherence to company standards for time & attendance, breaks, product integrity, respectful workplace, anti-harassment and anti-discrimination guidelines, health and safety protocols, and daily communication.
• Managing inventory, ordering, and waste reduction, using inventory reporting tools and executing action plans within budget.
• Planning and executing merchandising and visual strategies to improve KPIs, maintain a clean and appealing environment, and drive sales.
