Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest: greet guests, perform all cash‑register functions, and portray a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%).
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment: perform daily cleaning duties, maintain store displays, and learn and deliver LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
• Operate the store stockroom efficiently: assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%).
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information/merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business dictates.
• Freely access all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.

Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

Seasonal, part‑time role with availability up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day and spanning at least three days. Hourly wage ranges from US $17.25 to $18.25, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks and location.
