Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and/or potential hazards.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, directing foot traffic, and supporting visitor management processes.;
Support a professional environment by de-escalation, providing directions, and communicating with staff regarding security-related concerns and/or operational needs.
