We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Facilities Technician to join our team and serve as the right hand to our Director of Facilities. This position plays a key role in keeping our school running smoothly, ensuring our students and staff have a safe, clean, and comfortable environment every day.

• Support the Director of Facilities with daily operations, projects, and ongoing maintenance across campus.

• Perform a wide range of repairs and preventive maintenance in areas like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building upkeep.

• Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively to minimize disruptions during the school day.

• Assist with school events, set-ups, and facility needs that may occur in the evenings or on weekends.

• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.

• Help ensure all work is done safely and in compliance with regulations and best practices.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in facilities maintenance or related trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).

• Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude.

• Comfort using hand and power tools safely.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed.

• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a good record.
