Job Description
The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records, processing documentation, and coordinating communication among internal teams, vendors, and carriers. This role focuses on data entry, order processing, and administrative support to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-documented warehouse activities.

Responsibilities- Maintain and update inventory, shipping, receiving, and order records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Process purchase orders, bills of lading, packing slips, and other warehouse-related documentation in a timely manner.
- Enter, manage, and verify data within ERP, WMS, or company systems to support order fulfillment and inventory control.
- Schedule inbound and outbound shipments and communicate with carriers to coordinate pickup and delivery times.
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation activities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare reports related to inventory status, shipments, productivity, and overall warehouse performance.
- Coordinate communication between warehouse personnel, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and support daily operations.
- Support onboarding activities by organizing paperwork, maintaining training documentation, and updating employee records as needed.
- Ensure filing systems and warehouse records remain organized, up to date, and easily accessible.
- Assist management with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Perform material handling and serial part address lookups to support order processing and inventory tracking.
- Proven experience providing administrative support in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with order processing and order fulfillment activities.
- Ability to work effectively with ERP systems, including Acumatica or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to organize and maintain filing systems and records in a structured and efficient manner.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with warehouse personnel, vendors, customers, and carriers.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory control tools.
- Familiarity with material handling processes and serial part address lookup.
- Background in general administration or administrative assistance.
- Ability to support onboarding and training documentation for warehouse staff.
- Comfort working with productivity and performance reporting related to warehouse operations.
This position is fully onsite in a warehouse environment, working closely with operations and warehouse personnel. The typical schedule is a day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an alternative option of four 10-hour shifts. Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs. The role involves working in a fast-paced setting with standard warehouse technologies and systems, where attention to detail, safety awareness, and collaboration are essential.

This is a Contract position based out of Beachwood, OH.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
