We're looking for a positive, dependable, and energetic Service Porter to join the team at our Healey Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM (CDJR) dealership in Beacon, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being around vehicles every day.

As a Service Porter, you'll play a key role in creating an excellent service experience by keeping things moving behind the scenes — and making sure our customers' vehicles are handled with care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and directing them to service advisors
• Parking and retrieving customer vehicles safely
• Preparing vehicles for service with seat covers and floor mats
• Keeping the service drive, customer lounge, restrooms, and shop clean and organized
• Vacuuming and washing vehicles as needed
• Assisting with vehicle intake, including mileage checks and tagging
• Performing alignment checks
• Organizing the service vehicle lot and maintaining a clean dealership appearance
• Providing shuttle rides for customers when necessary
• Following all safety standards and procedures

Required:

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
• Friendly, professional attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active throughout your shift
• Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively

Preferred:

• Prior experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar role
• Basic understanding of vehicle service processes

$17.00/hour starting pay – we promote from within

Full-time, on-site role

8-hour daytime shifts, consistent schedule, alternating weekends (Saturdays).
