Cash Applications Specialist

Key

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Process cash matching between banking and accounting for receivables, payables, and payroll for multiple accounts daily.

* Work with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll and field Billing and Collection teams to research variances.

* Set up appropriate accruals during month-end close.

* Perform periodic audits of the general ledger and company financial documents.

* Identify process efficiencies and assist with automation projects where possible.

* Provide support documentation for annual audits.

Requirements:

* Associate or Bachelor degree in finance or accounting preferred but not required.

* Prior experience in accounts receivable and cash applications.

* Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives.

* Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.
