Production Supervisor

Cafe Spice, a family-owned leader in globally inspired prepared foods, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our New Windsor, NY facility. You will lead a diverse production team to safely and efficiently produce high-quality refrigerated and frozen Indian and world cuisine meals. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and coaching staff; ensuring adherence to HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards;

driving continuous improvement; and collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. Ideal candidates bring strong manufacturing leadership experience and a passion for great food and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations for refrigerated and frozen prepared meals
• Lead, schedule, and coach production line staff for safety, quality, and efficiency
• Monitor output, yields, and waste; implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to meet production plans
• Train team members on SOPs, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality or process issues
