Food and Beverage Assistant

The Food and Beverage Assistant role is based in the Club Room, which is the hub of the club and a comfortable environment where members can work, relax or socialise. The role is central to ensuring members receive excellent service every day, 7 days a week. Team members act as ambassadors of the business and are at the heart of what the organisation does.

• Deliver excellent service to members every day, 7 days a week.
• Support the running of the Club Room as the hub of the club.
• Help provide quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment.
• Maintain a welcoming space where members can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.
• Act as an ambassador for the business when engaging with members.

• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for engaging with individuals.
• Strong listening and collaboration skills.
• Previous hospitality experience.

• An emergency response qualification is desirable but not essential.
