ASAP Automotive & Transmission is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Bear, Delaware. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver an exceptional service experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
• Build repair estimates and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep customers informed on repair progress and estimated completion times
• Present Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) findings and maintenance recommendations
• Coordinate repair orders from check-in through final delivery
• Build long-term customer relationships through honest communication and outstanding service

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain technical repairs in a clear and professional manner
• Experience preparing repair estimates and presenting maintenance recommendations
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple repair orders
• Comfortable using shop management software; Auto Leap experience is a plus
• Positive, team-oriented, and accountable attitude
• Independent repair shop experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $60,000-$80,000+ per year
• $70,000-$100,000+ annual earning potential
