Body Shop Customer Service Representative - Bear Collision
The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our busy Collision Center. We are a third-generation, family-owned company representing 24 dealerships, 15 collision centers, and 18 automotive brands, proudly supporting over 90 local charities and organizations.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
- Support daily office operations within the collision center
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, deposits, receipts & petty cash
- Assist with insurance processing, data entry, and documentation
- Maintain accurate files, reports, and records
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
- Computer skills required (Quick Books or similar a plus)
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License
