Position: Occupational Therapist School Setting - Bear, DE

This fully onsite position offers the opportunity to support students in their developmental growth and maximize their learning potential in a vibrant educational setting near Bear, DE. You'll work directly with elementary and pediatric caseloads, collaborating with teachers and school teams to provide creative, individualized interventions.

Qualifications:

• Active, valid Delaware OT license at time of application (required)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based occupational therapy, especially with pediatric or elementary populations
• Commitment to full-time onsite presence throughout the school year:
  August 24, 2026 - June 14, 2027 (37.5 hours/week)
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop targeted intervention plans for students
• Document progress, maintain compliance with school and state guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators and families to maximize positive outcomes for each student
• Support a dynamic and inclusive school environment through ongoing consultation and skill-sharing
