A full-time Behavioral Case Manager position is available for the 26/27 school year, serving high school-aged students with a caseload of approximately 10-20 individuals. This role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with national certification to provide expert behavioral support in a school setting located in Bear, DE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) and conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs), taking over these duties from the school psychologist.
• Prioritize the implementation of behavioral strategies to support student success.
• Provide direct behavioral support to students, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Train and instruct teachers on the proper execution of behavioral plans to maintain consistency and positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential with national certification.
• Experience working with high school-aged students in educational settings.
