Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Bear, Delaware
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting children with moderate to severe cognitive needs in an Early Years Program. This onsite position runs through June 12, 2026, and includes both a robust academic year and dynamic summer programming for a unique, immersive professional experience.

Key

Qualifications:

• Current, active BCBA license in Delaware
• Prior school-based experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated background working with early childhood and/or intensive needs students
• Strong behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data collection expertise
• Dedicated to an onsite role with reliable transportation
• Ready to complete required fingerprinting

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted behavioral interventions to support student success
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create a positive learning environment
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies using data-driven insights
• Provide staff training and ongoing support on effective behavioral strategies
• Participate in professional development days and maintain flexible summer and academic schedules as outlined

Assignment Details:

• Summer professional development June 23-24; in-service July 6-August 6 (Monday-Thursday)
• Academic year begins September, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours weekly, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Work exclusively at the Early Years Program, addressing the needs of a diverse student population
• Position offers the potential for renewal based on strong performance
