Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Bear, DE
Seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an exciting, contract-based school role in the Bear, DE area. This opportunity begins immediately and extends through the summer, with potential to continue into the  academic year. The position is fully onsite at an elementary school, supporting students in a collaborative, child-centered environment. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, using your behavioral expertise to positively impact the lives of young learners.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required
• Proven, recent school-based RBT experience essential
• Experience working with pediatric and elementary student populations
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a school team
• Commitment to working onsite, full-time
• Reliable transportation to/from school daily

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect ongoing data
• Support teachers and staff in the consistent application of behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with school psychologists, special educators, and other team members
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
• Participate in professional development and training sessions
• Communicate observations and needs to supervisors and families
