School Based BCBA

Position: School Based BCBA - 26/27
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) |  School Year

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near the Newark area to support students in a school-based setting for the  school year. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to help students achieve positive behavioral and academic outcomes.

Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Analyze behavioral data and track student progress
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
Train and support school staff on behavior management strategies
Supervise RBTs and behavioral support staff, when applicable

Qualifications

Required:

Active BCBA Certification
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

Previous school-based experience
Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
Experience supervising RBTs or behavioral support staff
