Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Bear, Delaware
An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Behavioral Case Manager to lend expertise in a high school setting for the  academic year. This full-time, contract role is perfect for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a difference in students' lives. You'll work closely with a caseload of approximately 10-20 high school students and play an essential role in supporting both students and staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• National certification
• Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
• Proven ability to conduct Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Strong instructional skills for coaching teachers on behavioral interventions
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and lead the implementation of behavioral plans for students
• Take ownership of conducting BIPs and FBAs, functions previously managed by the school psychologist
• Deliver direct behavioral support to high school students within your caseload
• Guide and train teachers on effective behavioral plan execution
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure the success of interventions and promote a positive learning climate

Interviews will be conducted by panel, and candidates will need to provide their availability to coordinate the process efficiently.
