NVR, Inc. in Delaware Bear is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to guide home buyers through the loan process from application to approval and settlement. You will prequalify buyers, review financing options, and assist in repairing credit-challenged purchasers as needed.
You will be the primary contact for home buyers with NVR Mortgage throughout the process. This on-site role is based in our community model homes and NVR mortgage offices, with the Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes brands.
