Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Previous experience, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive, student-centered approach
- Ability to implement prescribed behavioral interventions and collect accurate data
- Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Track student progress and collect session data for review and reporting
- Support classroom teachers and staff by modeling behavioral support strategies
- Assist in developing, carrying out, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
- Participate in team meetings and regular supervision sessions
- Foster a supportive, encouraging, and safe environment for students with special needs
