Westside Family Healthcare is seeking a Medical Assistant Supervisor (Clinical Floor Supervisor) to lead the MA team across our Delaware sites. The role directs daily MA activities, ensures adherence to standards, coordinates with Nursing leadership, and supports orientation and ongoing training while maintaining patient care quality.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years as a Medical Assistant, certification, BLS, and proficiency with EMR and MS Office.
