Developmental Disabilities Program Evaluator
The incumbent in this position is responsible for conducting oversight and monitoring of Home and Community‑Based Services through audits and investigations to ensure full compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations;
Medicaid requirements; health and safety standards;
Home and Community‑Based Waiver service definitions; and the Statewide Transition Plan. The incumbent will maintain a consistent physical presence within Home and Community‑Based Service delivery settings to observe operations and verify adherence to required standards.
