-GoHealth Urgent Care, we are committed to developing the next generation of healthcare professionals through our Radiologic Technologist, New Grad Bridge Program. This unique opportunity is designed for recent graduates who have completed their RT program and are awaiting full state licensure.

As a participant, you'll gain valuable hands-on healthcare experience by:

• Learning day-to-day center operations and patient care workflows
• Training alongside experienced clinical team members
• Shadowing licensed Radiologic Technologists
• Developing skills in a Medical Assistant capacity while completing licensure requirements
• Building relationships and establishing your career in urgent care before stepping into your RT role

Once your state licensure is validated, you'll be eligible to transition into a Radiologic Technologist position, complete with:

• Hourly Rate:
  Starting rate of $22/hr. eligible for increase to $29.50-$40.00 depending on years of experience; following receipt of all necessary licenses and transition to Radiologic Technologist role

What You'll Do For Our Patients

• Collaborate with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.
• Exercise professional judgment to provide health care services, which include shadowing current radiologic technologists
• Observe radiographic examinations and participate in structured training designed to prepare for independent Radiologic Technologist responsibilities upon licensure.

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with Medical Providers and/or Medical Assistants with the examination and treatment of Christiana Care
- GoHealth Urgent Care patients. This role is responsible for providing a variety of technical procedures and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis for our Christiana Care
- GoHealth Urgent Care patients. This role is responsible for performing patient x-rays and reporting results to Medical Providers for analysis, diagnosis and treatment. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of Christiana Care
