My Eye Dr . is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy eyecare office and drive exceptional patient experiences. You will partner with doctors, vendors, and a dynamic team to deliver personalized eyecare and strong financial performance.
As Office Leader, you’ll own patient experience, P&L, team development and daily operations, reporting to the District Manager. The role requires some evening and weekend shifts and a passion for coaching and advocacy within a collaborative culture.
