Schedule/Hours:
  • Travel position-specific shifts will be discussed during the interview process
Desired Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in Delaware or compact state
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry or step-down nursing experience
  • BLS & ACLS certifications (must be current)
  • Strong cardiac monitoring and interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary teamwork abilities
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with new people and practices
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centric care in the Telemetry unit
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms, promptly escalating changes and collaborating with physicians
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and health maintenance
  • Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and standards of care
