Property Preservation/REO Contractors Opportunity
Location:
Delaware – Newcastle, Middletown, Newark, Bear, Wilmington
Work opportunity for property preservation/REO contractors by weekly payment. Looking for property preservation vendors who meet the following requirements:
- Experience to do standard preservation duties/tasks including the following work:
- Winterizations
- Lawn maintenance
- Debris removal
- Lock changes
- Initial services (including sales clean)
- Boarding
- Prepare/put property in convey condition
- General/minor household repairs, etc.
- Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace
- Must have own transportation
- Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc.
- Meeting client's deadlines
- Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc.
- Pay is based on your bid and as per allowable list (no discount)
