As the over night leader you will be responsible for leading the over night shift while maintaining McDonald's and Dukart Management standards.

* You will oversee 4-5 crew nightly depending on the day

* Connect with guests to ensure they have a positive experience

* Keep the cleanliness maintained and operationally ready for the next day

* Partner with crew and other managers to meet daily goals.
