Position Available:

• Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff ensuring a high level of customer service.
* Help manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
* Collaborate with the management team on marketing initiatives, and customer service strategies.
* Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and budgeting.
* Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Experience:

Prior experience in a restaurant management role.
* Transportation:
Must have reliable means of transportation.
* Availability:
Open availability, including weekends and holidays.

* Skills:

Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and excellent customer service skills.
* Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
