Position Available:

Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Help manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the management team on marketing initiatives, and customer service strategies.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and budgeting.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in a restaurant management role.
• Transportation:
  Must have reliable means of transportation.
• Availability:
  Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and excellent customer service skills.
• Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Communication:
