Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase;
Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings and ensure policy compliance;
Manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, restocking, and rotating on shelves; build displays;
Assist in maintaining inventory and planograms; ensure cash register accountability and deposit money in bank; assist in store management in Store Manager's absence.
