Join Morgan Properties as a Maintenance Service Technician supporting our Fox Run and Huntley Glen apartment communities in Bear, Delaware. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry‑related maintenance issues
• Diagnose and service split‑system heat pumps and other residential mechanical systems
• Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
• Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents
• Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards
• Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates
• Participate in the rotating on‑call schedule supporting Fox Run

Compensation &

Incentives:

• Base Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• On‑Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on‑call phone

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Rotating paid on‑call participation required
• Must be available to respond to after‑hours emergency maintenance needs
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs

What We’ll Expect From You:

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance
• EPA Certification required; HVAC certification strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry
• Active, valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to live within a 30‑minute commute of the community
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
