We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team. You will utilize your expertise in various aspects of carpentry work, including:

• Windows, Doors, and Cabinets:
  Installation and repair.
• Framing:
  Minor framing on some reconstruction projects.
• Drywall and Finishing:
  Drywall installation and finishing.
• Flooring:
  Installation and repair.
• Finish Carpentry:
  Precision finish carpentry work to complete projects.
• Kitchens and Bathrooms:
  Ability to remodel kitchens and bathrooms.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in carpentry and trades experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own vehicle and tools required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete remodel projects (framing, drywall, trim, paint, deck/roof repair, etc.).
• Perform rough and finished carpentry work, including kitchen and bathroom remodels.
• Maintain tools in safe and efficient condition.
• Strong time-management to meet deadlines.
• Complete work-order reports daily.
• Communicate effectively with customers and project managers.
• Tech-savvy for documentation and communication.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site.
• Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and insured vehicle capable of transporting materials.
