Merakey is seeking a Case Manager for its Children’s Program in Delaware. The role coordinates case management, connects clients to community programs, and coaches individuals and families within their caseload while providing crisis intervention and support in homes, schools, or community settings.
The candidate will work Monday–Friday with on-call rotations, maintain a valid driver’s license, and have at least one year of experience with children or adolescents.
