Your day involves diagnosing faults efficiently, implementing cost-effective repairs, and maintaining water supply systems, drainage, heating systems, and sanitary facilities across quality commercial properties.

You'll respond to emergency callouts (including out-of-hours rota coverage), coordinate with site teams to minimize disruption, and maintain accurate records through JLL's computerized maintenance system via your company tablet. This means working independently across multiple sites, making professional decisions, and being the face of JLL's engineering excellence to building occupants and clients. You'll provide technical advice, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and deliver the kind of service that keeps major clients coming back.

City & Guilds plumbing certification or equivalent Full UK driving licence (essential for mobile role) Minimum 3 years' commercial plumbing maintenance experience Preferably with facilities management background Technical expertise:
