Due to retirement, Beatrice Public Schools is seeking a detail-oriented Fiscal Assistant to support the district office with accounts payable processing and financial record keeping. This is a 12-month position with competitive pay and benefits (insurance, time off, retirement). Hours are Mon - Thur 8 AM - 4:30 PM and Fri 8 AM - 4 PM.
Primary Responsibilities- Process invoices and accounts payable
- Assist with vendor payments and documentation
- Support business office operations as needed
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Experience with accounting or bookkeeping preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive functions
