Beatrice Public Schools Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round (1.0 FTE)
Contract Days: 220 Days per Year
Work Schedule: 40 Hours per Week

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a kind, friendly, and compassionate professional who genuinely loves working with families. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, independent worker who naturally goes above and beyond to support and uplift parents, infants, and toddlers right inside their home environments.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas:
- Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Special Education
- Nursing (including or supplemented by 12+ credit hours in family-centered practices or child/youth development)
- Child Development, Sociology, or Psychology (including or supplemented by 12+ graduate or undergraduate hours in family-centered practices or child/youth development)
- Social Work (including or supplemented by 12+ graduate or undergraduate hours in family-centered practices or child/youth development)
Position Requirements & Growth
- Ongoing Education: Continuous professional development and specific training hours are a requirement for this role (district-supported).
- Location: Daily travel within the community to conduct home visits.
